Custom Gaskets
We can make just about any custom gaskets you may need. We offer a wide variety of materials to suit your applications needs. Need one piece gaskets? We’ll do our best to accommodate that request. We have had some requests for some large one-piece gaskets, some have been to made in two or three pieces due to the limits of the size of the raw materials available.
Custom Hydraulic Hoses
We can make custom hydraulic hoses to fit your needs. We can make them as needed or we can supply to suit your inventory needs. Even if you are not in Louisville, KY, our quality hoses are typically only 1 to 3 days away via UPS ground. Need them faster, we can ship via Next Day Air and early AM. We have some customers that we ship hose inventory to on a regular basis so they always have the hoses they need.
Industrial Hoses
We provide a number of local food and beverage customers with FDA approved food and beverage hoses. We stock food grade 2 inch ID and 4 inch ID. We can assemble with cam and groove fittings in either 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel and if applicable, we can use aluminum too. We can also use male pipe thread fittings, if that is what your application needs.
Air Hose
We can also make air hose assemblies to fit your needs. We can make them per your length and end configurations and PSI requirements. We have standard plugs and couplers as well as a universal coupler that will work with any plug.
